|Photogrammetry & Surveys
With maps proving to be a crucial part of a surveyor's job, photogrammetry is undoubtedly proving to be an indespensible tool. With photogrammetry we can turn acquired drone data into 3D topographical maps with contour data—something that was once a tedious and long winded process.
With our expertise, using the latest drone technology, we can produce extremely accurate 3D maps for our clients. In addition, we can also undertake high resolution 2D surveys with extremely accurate ground sampling distances. We use Propellor Aeropoints and can produce survey-grade global accuracy every time.
At Vistaworx we provide an effective and inexpensive drone property inspection service. We follow the safest protocols, allowing us to capture first hand data with the knowledge that the inspection can be carried out fully mitigating any safety concerns.
We work as a two man operation and can fly at a close enough distance allowing us to get HD close up shots in video or capture high resolution photographs.
|Wind Turbine Inspections
Normally wind turbine inspections are carried out with an access team abseiling down the blades of the turbines or using elevated platforms, identifying and recording defects as they go. This technique has been successful for the industry but has proved to be less efficient than using a drone to carry out the same inspection.
Our drone inspection service can collect data faster and more efficiently than using traditional methods. More importantly, any safety concerns relating to inspection crews can be instantly mitigated.
Maintaining regular progress reports of construction activity can be an important part of a project. It can provide detailed first-person-views of different details on the site including structural integrity, overall aesthetics or even if something has not been installed correctly.
With regular drone reports it's an easy option for CEOs, directors, managers and investors to maintain a healthy check on construction progress without the need to undertake regular site visits. It also means you will have an archive of material should you need such material sometime in the future.
With projects recorded in 4k video, our drone surveys can provide you and your clients with the images that can keep a project on track at every point in it's progress.
