All media is handed over to the client on completion of a project, including copyright. However, unless requested otherwise, Vistaworx reserves the right to use any captured material for it's own marketing purposes.
We carry a public liability insurance of £5,000,000 which covers most of our operations. If a requirement for a hazardous or sensitive area is needed then additional insurance may have to be attained.
We require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total quotation prior to the commencement of any work, with the balance paid within 28 days after receipt of the product.
We understand that not everything works to plan and so we try to remain as flexible as possible with our clients. If the project is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, then the deposit will be carried across to the same project, provided the flight work is undertaken within a period of six weeks.
If the project is cancelled by the client outside a period of 14 days from the commencement of the first flying day, then 50% of the deposit fee will be returned. If the project is cancelled within 14 days of the commencement of the first flying day, then no refund will be made due to incurred additional costs.
Changes to brief:
Any changes made by the client to the original brief, following the submission of a quotation, may incur additional charges.
Operating procedures differ from one country to another, as do the relevent aviation authorities' regulations, therefore it is essential to discuss any overseas project as soon as possible to establish the correct protocols.
Pilot in Charge:
It must be remembered that the pilot in charge has full responsibility for the safety of himself, those around him and the general public. There may be unpredictable factors that mean it's unsafe to continue with a flight and it may have to be cancelled. It must be remembered that any decision made by the pilot in relation to flight safety is final.
